All bookings must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. We accommodate a limited number of pets to ensure individual care.
All cats must be fully vaccinated. Proof of current vaccination is required at the time of booking.
Drop-offs and collections are by appointment only and must take place during our opening hours. Unscheduled visits are not accepted.
Payment is due at check-out. Cash is preferred, and bank transfer is accepted.
Daily rates include both arrival and collection days. Prices include beds, toys, treats, and daily care.
Owners must provide their cat’s usual food to maintain dietary consistency. Familiar items may also be brought if desired.
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for cancellations. For bookings during the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required.
We can accommodate up to two small dogs at one time. Dogs are housed separately from cats and will receive at least three walks per day.
While every effort is made to ensure the health and safety of all animals, Lakeside Cattery cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, or loss beyond reasonable care.
